Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA is hiring married couples for Full-time Flex Houseparents. Couples live in on-campus student homes, supervising and guiding a group of 8-13 students and providing care, structure, and support to promote academic, emotional, and social growth.

Responsibilities include daily supervision, scheduling, wellness support, and transportation to activities, plus leading devotions and Chapel participation.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person role for couples married at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to drive student vans.
• Commitment to a smoke-free campus and no alcohol on duty.
• Pet restrictions: fish and one dog of approved breeds.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and support student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and participate in developmental/recreational activities.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
