Job summary

Fiberhire is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in Boston, MA to join our Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation team. The role is full-time and open to new graduates or SNF experienced candidates.

You will work under an OT supervisor to provide high-quality, resident-focused therapy services. Responsibilities include helping residents gain independence in ADLs, mobility, and cognitive tasks, while documenting progress and coordinating with the care team.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an ACOTE-accredited OT Aide program.
• Current NBCOT certification as a COTA.
• Active Massachusetts COTA license or eligibility to obtain before start date.
• Ability to work under supervision of a licensed OT.
• Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to meet physical requirements including supporting residents with mobility and transfers.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under supervision of a licensed OT.
• Assist residents in improving independence with ADLs, mobility, strength, coordination, and cognition.
• Monitor and document resident progress and response to treatment.
• Communicate effectively with the supervising OT and care team.
