FullShift Staffing is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a Skilled Nursing Facility in Massachusetts. The role focuses on ADLs, mobility, and independence, under OT supervision, with day shifts and options for a 13-week contract or permanent placement.

Open to new grads, with flexible travel or local placement and competitive hourly pay plus housing and travel stipends. Onboarding and ongoing support are provided to ensure successful contracts.

Qualifications

• Active COTA license in state of employment; new grads welcome.
• Current BLS/CPR Certification or ability to obtain.
• Current TB test/results; physical stating fit for duty within past year.

Responsabilités

• Assist in providing occupational therapy services under the direction of an OT.
• Implement individualized treatment plans to support patient goals.
• Focus on activities of daily living (ADLs), functional mobility, and independence.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on adaptive techniques and safety strategies.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
