Premier Therapy in Ashtabula, Ohio is seeking a full-time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our therapy team. You will provide skilled treatment under the direction of an Occupational Therapist and monitor patient progress.

You will educate patients and families, complete timely documentation, and collaborate with the care team to achieve care goals. Qualified candidates are graduates of an accredited COTA program with an active license (or eligibility) in Ohio.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Current COTA license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice.
• SNF/long-term care experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled treatment under the direction of an Occupational Therapist.
• Follow established plans of care and treatment goals.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate with the supervising therapist.
