Job summary

Tender Touch Rehab Services LLC, part of Enhance Therapies, is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a full-time position in a skilled nursing facility/long-term care setting. You will provide OT services under supervision, help implement care plans, and work with the care team to achieve functional goals.

New grads are welcome; NBCOT certification and current state licensure are required or as dictated by state.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an AOTA‑accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• NBCOT certification as a COTA if required by state.
• Current license as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• New grads welcome with mentorship available.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of an OT.
• Assist in implementing personalized care plans focused on functional goals.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
