Elliott Nursing & Rehab is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our care team in Kentucky. The role delivers individualized therapy under supervision of an Occupational Therapist, focusing on ADLs, functional mobility, and resident independence.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an accredited OTA program.
• Current state licensure as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA).
• 1-2 years of SNF or geriatric care experience preferred.
• Familiarity with PDPM and SNF documentation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver COTA interventions under supervision.
• Assist residents with ADLs and mobility.
• Document treatment and progress per policies.
• Maintain HIPAA, OSHA, and infection control compliance.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team in care planning.
• Support therapy supplies and equipment readiness.
• Participate in team meetings and care planning.
