Job summary

Renewal Rehab, part of Enhance Therapies, is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a full-time role in a skilled nursing facility/long-term care setting.

You will work under supervision of an OT, support personalized care plans focused on functional goals, collaborate with the care team, and maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements. New grads welcome.

Qualifications

• Must have OTA associate degree from an AOTA-accredited program.
• NBCOT-COTA certification and current state licensure when required.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; able to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of an OT.
• Assist in implementing personalized care plans focused on functional goals.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all physician orders are obtained and up to date.
