Renewal Rehab is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a Full-Time position in a Skilled Nursing Facility. You will provide OT services under supervision, support personalized care plans, and collaborate with the care team to achieve functional goals.

Strong communication, organizational skills, and a current state license are required; NBCOT COTA certification may be state-dependent. New grads are welcome and mentorship is available to support professional growth.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an AOTA-accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• NBCOT certification as COTA, if required by state.
• Current license as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• New grads welcome; mentorship available.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of an OT.
• Assist in implementing personalized care plans focused on functional goals.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes and maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
