Qualifications

• NBCOT-COTA certification is required
• Current state license to practice as COTA is required
• Associate degree from an AOTA-accredited OTA program required

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under supervision of an OT
• Assist in implementing personalized care plans focused on functional goals
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements
• Ensure all physician orders are obtained and up to date
