Job summary

Renewal Rehab, part of Enhance Therapies, is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a full-time position in SNF and long-term care settings. Join a team focused on high-quality care and clinician development.

In this role, you’ll deliver OT treatments under supervision, implement care plans, maintain regulatory documentation, and collaborate with colleagues to achieve functional goals, with opportunities for growth and professional education.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an AOTA-accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• NBCOT COTA certification, if required by state.
• Current license as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of an OT
• Assist in implementing personalized care plans focused on functional goals
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date
