Ultimate Therapy Services is seeking a full-time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant at Autumn Lake at Union. Help skilled nursing residents develop everyday skills through hands-on treatment, practical instruction, and encouragement under the supervising Occupational Therapist's plan of care.

What You'll Do

• Deliver prescribed occupational therapy interventions tailored to residents' functional goals.
• Guide residents through dressing, grooming, bathing, and toileting activities using appropriate assistance and cueing.
• Incorporate therapeutic exercises and purposeful tasks to support upper-extremity function, coordination, and endurance.
• Reinforce adaptive equipment techniques and strategies for conserving energy during daily routines.
• Discuss progress, treatment tolerance, and changes in assistance needs with the supervising OT.
• Maintain timely treatment records and coordinate with nursing and rehabilitation staff to support carryover between sessions.
