Qualifications

• Serve Safe certification required.
• Ability to review menus and prepare meals accordingly.
• Follow food safety procedures and established policies.
• Complete necessary forms and reports as required.

Responsibilities

• Establish production line to ensure meals prepared on time.
• Process diet changes with Nursing Services.
• Prepare meals per planned menus and recipes.
• Serve meals and ensure proper portion control.
