• Florida Safe Staff certification required or the ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.
• 3+ years culinary experience in a high-volume full-service dining environment.
• Basic food preparation methods and quantity cooking techniques understood.
• Proficiency with computer programs including Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Set up workstations according to guidelines.
• Prepare food items per standardized recipes in a sanitary, timely manner.
• Distribute prepared food to all service areas accurately and restock as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen station.
• Assist with cleaning, sanitation and organization of kitchen and equipment.
