Eurest at Delta HNL in Honolulu is hiring for full-time cook positions. You will prepare high-quality meals according to standardized recipes and ensure food safety and proper temperatures for service and delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in food preparation and cooking preferred.
• Understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Ability to follow standardized recipes and portion control.

Responsibilities

• Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions to meet production, delivery and service schedules.
• Serves meals or prepares for delivery by using correct portioning and ensuring proper serving temperatures.
• Keeps refrigerators and storerooms clean and neat; stores or discards excess food per standards.
• Operates and maintains kitchen equipment as instructed.
• Assists in ordering and receiving all food and supplies as required.
