Qualifications

• Experience following standardized recipes and banquet-style food production.
• Must have ServSafe certification or equivalent.
• Experience on a hot line and allergy-aware cooking.
• Ability to follow food safety and HACCP guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality food according to standardized recipes to meet production and service schedules.
• Serve meals or prep for delivery with correct portions and temperatures.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper storage of food and supplies.
• Assist in ordering and receiving of food and supplies.
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures and participate in safety meetings.
• Report maintenance issues to supervisor.
