Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare food in accordance with current applicable federal, state and corporate standards to ensure high-quality food service.
• Follow recipes and product directions for preparing, seasoning, cooking, tasting, carving, and serving various foods.
• Taste products, estimate quantities, check production, and keep records to plan production and requisition supplies.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and ensure food safety and sanitation throughout service.
