Job summary

Sodexo is hiring a Cook Apprentice at ITAWAMBA COMMUNITY COLLEGE – FULTON CAMPUS. This on-site role develops culinary skills and leadership in a supportive team environment.

You will prepare diverse items, participate in a six-week training program, and progress toward Cook I after completion. Flexible shifts with full-time employment and a comprehensive benefits package are provided.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for various meal periods to include breakfast, lunch, dinner and any special or catered events.
• This is a 6-week training program. At the successful completion of the training program, the Cook Apprentice will be eligible to apply for a Cook I position.
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
