Ideal candidates will have RI ServSafe certification, the ability to multitask, and experience working in a team. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and the role includes weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Set up, clean, and organize work stations.
• Prepare ingredients and cook according to recipes and health standards.
• Operate grill, oven, or fryer as needed.
• Take orders from staff or computerized system and prepare food.
• Monitor multiple orders and ensure timely delivery to wait staff.
• Stock, rotate, and manage food supplies.
• Sanitize and clean work stations, utensils, and surfaces.
• Assist other cooks and kitchen staff as needed.
