Job summary

Responsibilities

• Maintain kitchen and cooking area in a safe, orderly, clean and sanitary manner.
• Prepare meals in large quantities and follow prepared menus and portion controls.
• Prepare special diets accurately and ensure food temperatures are recorded.
• Assist with serving meals and supervising dietary staff in the supervisor's absence.
