Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of line cook experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Cook and prepare food for residents, guests, and employees.
• Prepare food according to planned menus and standard recipes.
• Plate items following portion guidelines and garnishing instructions.
• Assist kitchen staff and support supervisor with duties.
• Ensure food is prepped and prepared in a timely manner.
• Maintain freshness, cooking status, and proper seasoning of all foods.
• Stock and clean station for next shift.
• Follow proper food rotation policies.
• Maintain a positive team-oriented attitude and support residents and families.
