A Cook is responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while consistently contributing to departmental targets.

What will I be doing?

As a Cook, you are responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. You will also prepare all mis-en-place and contribute to departmental targets. Specifically, your responsibilities include:

1. Prepare and present high-quality dishes within company guidelines
2. Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in all working areas, ensuring no cross-contamination
3. Prepare all mis-en-place for relevant menus
4. Assist other departments as necessary and foster good working relationships
5. Report maintenance, hygiene, and hazard issues
6. Comply with hotel security, fire regulations, and all health, safety, and food safety legislation
7. Contribute to departmental targets and strive to achieve them as part of the team
8. Be environmentally aware
