A Cook is responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while contributing to departmental targets.

What will I be doing?

As a Cook, you will prepare and present high-quality dishes, ensure all mis-en-place is ready, and contribute to departmental goals. Responsibilities include:

• Preparing and presenting dishes within company guidelines
• Maintaining clean and tidy work areas, preventing cross contamination
• Preparing all mis-en-place for relevant menus
• Assisting other departments as needed and fostering good relationships
• Reporting maintenance, hygiene, and hazard issues
• Complying with security, fire, health, safety, and food safety regulations
• Working towards departmental targets as part of the team
• Being environmentally conscious

What are we looking for?

Ideal candidates will exhibit the following:

• NVQ Level 1
• Positive attitude and good communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and independently or in a team

Preferred qualifications and experience include:

• NVQ Level 2
