Murray Company in central Iowa is hiring a full-time commercial construction general laborer to support our projects across the region. You will work alongside a superintendent and contribute to demolition, cleanup, safety, and life safety measures.

This role requires a valid driver's license, dependable transportation, and willingness to travel to job sites; travel is reimbursed through our expense and premium program. We offer competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
• Willingness to travel to project sites is required.
• Ability to work with supervision and follow safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Demo, clean-up, and site preparation as assigned.
• Assist with safety measures and life safety procedures.
• Operate hand and power tools as directed.
• Keep work areas organized and compliant with policy.
