Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer use.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests and takes beverage and food orders promptly.
• Prepares food and beverages for service in compliance with health regulations.
• Enters orders into the POS system accurately.
• Serves meals and drinks with courtesy and professionalism.
• Addresses residents' concerns and follows up with supervisors as needed.
• Provides feedback from residents on food and service quality.
• Performs opening/closing duties and keeps stations clean.
• Assists with emergency drills and safety procedures as required.
