The role is full-time, Monday through Friday, with no weekend shifts, and offers competitive pay. Responsibilities include cleaning common areas, prepping vacant units, collecting debris from grounds, and keeping storage and cart areas tidy.

• Clean apartment community common areas
• Clean and prepare vacant apartments
• Pick-up debris from the grounds and all common areas
• Keep storage areas and cart well-stocked, clean, and tidy.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
