Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles preferred.
• Ability to clean common areas, vacuum, and dust.
• Capable of cleaning vacant suites and reporting safety concerns.

Responsibilities

• Cleans all common areas of the apartment community.
• Vacuum and dust.
• Clean vacant suites.
• Inform management regarding safety concerns (e.g.: trash in hallway, burned out bulbs).
• Work closely with on-site managers and maintenance technicians.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
