I & MJ Gross Company Inc is seeking an attentive housekeeper to keep the apartment community and all common areas spotless, and to ready vacant units for new residents. The role is full-time, Monday through Friday, with no weekend work, and includes benefits and a supportive work environment.

The successful candidate will maintain cleanliness across common areas, prepare vacant apartments, and assist with general duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Experience cleaning common areas.
• Ability to prepare vacant apartments for new residents.

Responsibilities

• Clean apartment community common areas.
• Clean and prepare vacant apartments.
• Pick-up debris from the grounds and all common areas.
• Keep storage areas and cart well-stocked, clean, and tidy.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
