Pittsburg Care and Rehab in Pittsburg, KS is seeking a full-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. This position requires Kansas CNA certification, CPR, and a compassionate approach to elder care. Shifts run 8 hours with rotating weekends, 7AM–3PM, 3PM–11PM, or 11PM–7AM.

Qualifications

• Completed a state approved Nurse Aide Training Program.
• Current Kansas certification/registration to practice as a CNA.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.
• Desire to work with the elderly.

Responsibilities

• Provide total care for residents, assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) as defined by care plans.
• Record temperature, pulse, respiration, and weight.
• Assist with range of motion as needed.
• Observe and report any changes in residents' condition, attitude, or behavior.
• Uphold HIPAA and maintain confidentiality; deliver excellent customer service to residents and families.
