Qualifications
- Certified Nursing Assistant role with completion of a state approved Nurse Aide Training Program.
- Current Kansas CNA certification/registration to practice.
- Current CPR certification and commitment to patient care.
Responsibilities
- Provide total care for residents, assisting with ADLs such as bathing, dressing, feeding and toileting.
- Record temperature, pulse, respiration and weight; monitor changes in condition.
- Report observations, maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
- Deliver compassionate care and build rapport with residents and families.
