Job summary

Pratt Health and Rehab in Pratt, KS, has an immediate opening for compassionate Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) to join our 45-bed Long-Term Care and Skilled Nursing community.

We offer competitive pay ($16-$17.60/hour), flexible scheduling with a 12-hour weekend rotation (6p-6a) or flexible part-time evening options, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, a 401(k), PTO, life insurance, CEU reimbursement, professional development, and daily pay options.

Qualifications

• Current Kansas Certified/Registration to practice.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with all HIPAA regulations.
• Desire to work with the elderly.
• Experience in long-term care is preferred but not required.
