Job summary

AA Healthcare Management is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Northbrook, IL to provide routine daily care to residents per care plans. You will assist with activities of daily living and support a safe, comfortable environment.

Qualifications

• Must have current and active nursing aide certification in Illinois.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care per resident assessment and care plan.
• Assist with activities of daily living including positioning, mobility, bathing, dressing.
• Support dining, grooming, toileting, nutrition, and elimination.
• Ensure infection control and prevention practices are followed.
• Report changes in residents' condition to the assigned nurse promptly.
• Record entries on flow sheets, notes, charts in a clear, descriptive manner.
• Be a team player and coordinate with all facility disciplines.
