Qualifications

• Strong teamwork and collaboration with nursing staff.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Basic computer skills and aptitude to learn company applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, eating, grooming, toileting, exercise).
• Provide physical support for daily activities and personal hygiene.
• Assist with daily medications and supplements.
• Monitor and record vital signs under nurse supervision.
• Ensure appropriate meals based on dietary needs.
• Report patient changes and mood shifts to nursing staff.
• Maintain clean rooms and linens; respond to calls.
