Responsibilities

Provide routine daily nursing care to residents according to each resident's care plan.
Assist with activities of daily living including grooming, bathing, dressing, and toileting.
Help residents with mobility, positioning, and restorative activities.
Support dining assistance and nutritional needs.
Assist with oral care, hygiene, and skincare.
Follow infection prevention protocols and maintain clean environment.
Report changes in residents' condition promptly to nurses.
Document all care accurately and maintain up-to-date records.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality resident care.
