Job summary

Aspire Senior Living New Florence is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a full-time Shower Aide to join our dedicated team. You will assist residents with personal care and promote their well-being.

Starting pay is $18 per hour with day/evening shifts Monday through Friday. We offer benefits such as 401(k), paid holidays and PTO, medical/dental/vision insurance, and a generous shift differential to support our caregivers.

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Missouri.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to lift, transfer, and reposition residents.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to resident care.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care tasks, including bathing, showering, and grooming
• Provide supportive care to residents, promoting independence and dignity
• Monitor and report any changes in residents' physical or emotional condition
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Maintain a clean and organized environment, adhering to infection control protocols
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
