Qualifications

• Missouri Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling resident information.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care to residents following company standards.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
• Participate in resident care planning and implementation.
