Aspire Senior Living in Joplin, MO is seeking a compassionate Shower Aide (CNA) to support residents with shower and bath care, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene. You will maintain dignity, safety, and comfort while promoting independence in a warm, resident-focused setting.

Qualifications

• Missouri CNA certification required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided.

About The Role

As a Shower Aide (CNA), you will play a vital role in ensuring the physical and emotional well‑being of our residents.

• Providing individualized shower and bath assistance to our residents, focusing on their comfort, dignity, and safety
• Assisting with personal care activities, such as dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of care provided
• Working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery
• Supporting our residents’ independence and autonomy through person‑centered care

Requirements

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Missouri
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents with a minimum of 50 pounds
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment
