Job summary

Masonic Homes Kentucky, based at Sam Swope Care Center in Louisville, is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants who are passionate about providing hands-on, resident-centered care in a respectful, team-oriented environment.

The role offers flexible scheduling (day/evening/overnight), same-day pay, free uniforms, TARC passes, and a strong focus on compassionate, professional resident care in a setting with low resident-to-CNA ratios.

Qualifications

• Active Kentucky CNA certification in good standing.
• Ability to observe and report changes in resident health.
• Strong communication with residents, families and staff.
• Empathy, respect and professional conduct in all interactions.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing, eating and mobility.
• Observe and report changes in residents’ health to licensed nurses.
• Obtain and document vital signs as required.
• Support residents’ physical and emotional well-being with compassion.
• Transport, lift and reposition residents using proper techniques and equipment.
• Maintain clean, safe resident environments; restock and sanitize areas.
• Assist with isolation procedures and infection control protocols.
• Collaborate with nurses, therapists and caregivers to ensure quality care.
