Qualifications

• Active Kentucky CNA certification in good standing.
• Ability to assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and mobility.
• Strong communication with residents, families and staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs (bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing, eating, mobility).
• Observe and report changes in residents’ health to licensed nurses.
• Obtain and document vital signs and maintain resident safety.
• Support residents’ physical and emotional well‑being with compassion.
• Transport, lift and reposition residents using proper techniques.
• Maintain clean, safe resident environments and follow infection control protocols.
• Collaborate with nurses, therapists and caregivers to ensure quality care.
