Job summary

Pioneer Health Care Management in Utica, MI is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to join our full-time team. You will provide compassionate resident care, follow individualized care plans, and support daily activities while maintaining residents’ rights and dignity.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Nurse Aide Certification in the State of Michigan.
• Must be able to read, write and understand the English language.

Responsibilities

• Provides quality nursing care to residents in an environment that promotes rights, dignity and individuality.
• Observes residents for changes and reports to licensed nursing personnel promptly.
• Assists with grooming, bathing, feeding, toileting and mobility per care plan.
• Maintains comfort, privacy and dignity; follows safety and infection control procedures.
• Completes CNA records documenting care and supports admission and transfer processes.
• Promotes a homelike environment and assists with resident activities and transportation as needed.
