Qualifications

• Must hold a current Nurse Aide Certification in the State of Michigan
• Must be able to read, write and understand the English language

Responsabilités

• Provides quality nursing care to residents in an environment that promotes their rights, dignity, freedom of choice and individuality.
• Attends to the individual needs of residents, including grooming, bathing, oral hygiene, feeding, incontinent care, toileting, transfers, ambulation and positioning.
• Maintains residents' privacy and dignity while delivering care and reporting changes to licensed staff.
• Observes residents for changes in condition and communicates with the care team to adjust the plan of care.
• Performs tasks such as checking vital signs, assisting with activities, and ensuring a clean, safe environment.
