Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate care to residents in our Vermont long-term care facility. You will assist with activities of daily living, transport, and meal support, following care plans and policies.

The role requires current CNA certification (state), CPR/BLS, food handler, and 1+ year LTC experience. You will work under supervision and participate in safety drills and documentation.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing with the state is preferred.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent is preferred or required.
• CPR/BLS certification is current.
• Food Handler Permit is current.
• No disciplinary action against certification.
• At least one year of long-term care experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living per care plans and policies.
• Support nurse and med tech staff and document care tasks.
• Assist with lifting, turning, positioning, and transferring residents.
• Coordinate dining room services, meal tray delivery, feeding, and track intake.
• Document meal intake and resident weight changes as directed.
• Report changes to nurse and supervisor and participate in care planning.
