Job summary

BEARCREEK is seeking a dedicated Full-time CNA to provide routine daily nursing care to residents in Grapevine, TX. You will follow care plans, document accurately, and assist with daily living activities while maintaining resident dignity and safety.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with state laws.
• Minimum 10th grade education required.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care per residents' care plans.
• Identify residents before administering treatments or meals.
• Document entries accurately in charts and flow sheets.
• Report changes in residents' condition to the Nurse Supervisor promptly.
• Maintain resident confidentiality and privacy at all times.
• Assist with transferring, turning, and positioning residents safely.
• Assist with meals, hygiene, and daily living activities as directed.
• Participate in nursing shift reports and care team communication.
