Job summary

PACS is seeking a full-time Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care to residents in Grapevine, TX. The role pays 17.00–20.00 USD per hour and includes a $1,000 sign-on bonus paid over three months.

You will follow care plans and work under supervision to support resident well-being. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, documenting care, reporting changes to the Nurse Supervisor, maintaining safety, and protecting resident privacy.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in Texas.
• Education level minimum: 10th grade or higher.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care per care plan.
• Identify residents before treatments using wristband or photo card.
• Record entries clearly on flow sheets and charts.
• Report changes in resident condition to Nurse Supervisor promptly.
• Maintain safety and confidentiality of resident information.
• Assist residents with daily living activities and mobility as trained.
