Lexington Premier Nursing & Rehab in Lexington, KY seeks a dedicated CNA to provide compassionate care to residents in a clinical setting. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor vital signs, and document care, ensuring safety and quality of life.

This full-time role requires Kentucky CNA certification and a team-oriented attitude. You will collaborate with nurses and physicians to support resident well-being.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in Kentucky required.
• Experience in skilled nursing facility preferred.
• Ability to lift and move residents and perform patient care tasks.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
• Help residents with mobility issues, including transferring, positioning, and ambulating safely.
• Take and record vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration rates.
• Accurately document all care provided, changes in residents' conditions, and any other pertinent information in electronic health records.
• Report any changes in residents' conditions or concerns to the nursing staff or supervisor in a timely manner.
• Assist with feeding, preparing meals, and providing companionship to enhance residents' quality of life.
• Follow infection control protocols and maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
• Work closely with other healthcare professionals, including nurses and physicians, to ensure cohesive and comprehensive care.
