Job summary

Lexington in is seeking a Part-Time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide routine daily nursing care to residents in accordance with their care plans and supervisor directions. You will identify residents, document accurately, and report changes to nursing staff throughout your shift.

The role requires a state-licensed CNA with CPR preferred, and a compassionate approach to resident care in a healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Must possess, as a minimum, a 10th grade education.
• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with state laws.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care to residents according to their assessment and care plans.
• Identify residents before administering treatments, serving meals, etc., using wristband or photo ID.
• Record entries on flow sheets and charts in an informative, descriptive manner.
• Report changes in residents' conditions to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse promptly.
