Job summary

Concord Health Systems in Kentucky is seeking a dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our locally owned nursing home group. The role focuses on respectful, compassionate resident care and maintaining a safe, supportive shift environment.

You will assist residents with daily living activities, document care, and work closely with nurses and the interdisciplinary team to ensure high standards of care and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Must hold Kentucky CNA certification.
• Experience in long-term care is preferred but not required.
• Provide patient-centered care with attention to safety and dignity.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work assigned shifts, including nights if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide patient care in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting.
• Monitor residents and report changes in condition to nursing staff.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and repositioning.
• Accurately document care provided in the medical record system.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment for residents.
• Work collaboratively with nurses and interdisciplinary team members.
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations.
