Job summary

LEXINGTON in is seeking a full-time Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine nursing care and support to residents under the supervision of licensed staff. Your duties include daily living tasks, documenting care, and ensuring resident safety and comfort.

You must hold a Tennessee CNA license, have at least a 10th grade education, and CPR is preferred. This on-site role emphasizes compassionate, compliant care and collaboration with the care team to meet residents' needs.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Certified Nursing Assistant license per state law.
• Minimum 10th grade education.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Ability to read and follow health care instructions and policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care as per the resident's assessment and care plan.
• Identify residents before treatments using wristband or photo ID.
• Record entries on flow sheets and charts accurately and descriptively.
• Report changes in resident's condition to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse promptly.
• Assist residents with daily living activities and mobility as trained.
• Maintain resident room readiness and comfort, including safety and privacy.
