Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. You will provide care to residents in a warm, home-like setting, delivering daily living assistance with dignity and respect.

Responsibilities include assisting residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting, documenting care, and reporting changes to staff. Prior experience in a skilled nursing or dementia care setting is helpful but not required; a valid CNA license is required.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA license required.
• Experience in skilled nursing or assisted living is preferred but not required.
• Experience with dementia care is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Document care and report changes in health or behavior to staff.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support.

• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements

• Valid CNA license required
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
