Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to perform various listed lab tests and handling procedures.
• Demonstrates accuracy, safety and documentation in the lab.

Responsibilities

• Perform urinalysis, rapid strep, mono, flu, RSV and related tests.
• Collect specimens by finger sticks, heel sticks and venipuncture.
• Prepare specimens and paperwork for sending to LabCorp, NHRMC, OMH or main lab.
• Operate Orchard LIS for orders/results and use EMR/EPM as needed.
• Oversee lab operations and communicate with site and lab managers.
• Package bio-hazard materials properly for transport.
