Fastest Labs Wilmington seeks a Clinical Technician to provide excellent customer service while performing certified drug, alcohol and DNA specimen collections. You will support daily office operations, including client communications, data entry, and handling inquiries, with full in-house training and opportunities for advancement.

The role emphasizes a positive, fast-paced environment where multitasking is essential and employees are trained to ensure quality and safety in all procedures.

Qualifications

• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and scheduling.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Comfort handling biological specimens and cleaning supplies.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients professionally and provide high-quality customer service.
• Answer calls, respond to inquiries, and schedule appointments.
• Perform certified specimen collections (urine, saliva, DNA, etc.).
• Follow chain-of-custody protocols and document results accurately.
• Maintain organized files and daily office operations.
• Process payments and manage transactions as needed.
• Support testing supplies and equipment maintenance.
• Contribute to a positive team culture and company growth.
